Our Process

1. Collection & Sorting – Batteries arrive packaged and classified under ADR regulations.
2. Breaking & Separation – Lead, electrolyte, and casings are separated mechanically.
3. Smelting & Refining – Lead is melted, purified, and refined into ingots and alloys.
4. Alloy Production – We produce Lead Antimony (Pb-Sb) and Lead Tin (Pb Sn) alloys.
5. Plastics Recovery – Polypropylene casings are washed, ground, and sold as regrind.
6. Electrolyte Neutralisation – Acid is neutralised and safely treated.

1. Refined Rolled Lead (99.985%)
2. Lead Antimony (Pb-Sb) and Lead Tin (Pb Sn) alloys
3. Polypropylene regrind
4. Neutralised sulphate residues
