Our Environment

Envirowales Limited is a leading recycling facility for lead acid batteries and other lead bearing waste products.  We achieve far in excess of the 65% recycling efficiency required by the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009 by recycling to a level of >95%.

In addition to recycling the lead-bearing components within the batteries, we also recycle the polypropylene casings and the acidic electrolyte leaving very little else to be disposed of.

The company recognises that its business activities can have an impact upon the environment.
